Designed to soothe the nervous system during times of anxiety and stress
Ingredients: Lime blossom (Tilia Spp), Vervain (Verbena officinalis), Rose (Rosa Spp), Chamomile (Chamomilla reticulata), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Milky oats (Avena sativa), Lavender (lavandula angustifolia), organic ethanol, Glycerine, water
Take mixed with water to dilute
Adult dose: Take up to 5mls 3x daily
Child’s dose: Age 6-11yrs; 5- 20 drops twice daily, 11-16yrs; 10 - 30 drops twice daily.
Cautions: Contains alcohol. Avoid if you are Pregnant, Breastfeeding or allergic to Asteraceae plant family. Avoid if taking warfarin, cyclosporine, CNS depressants, sedatives and anticonvulsants. Avoid if you have kidney disease,
