Ingredients: Elecampane (Inula helenium), Catnip (Nepeta cataria), Plantain (Plantago Spp), Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) Alcoholic tinctures. 25% Alcohol vol
Use for chesty, productive coughs
Shake well before use
Take mixed with water to taste
Adult dose: 5mls x 3 daily
Child dose: (6yrs+) 0.5-2ml 3 x daily
Cautions: Avoid if Pregnant, Breastfeeding or if you have Pelvic inflammatory disease. Do not take alongside sedative or lithium medications. Consult a herbalist before taking if you are allergic to ragweed, have diabetes, or high or low blood pressure
