Directions for use:
Add 1-2tsp of powder to a cup of warm mylk and whisk. Add sweetener to taste

Turmeric (Curcuma Longa) (54%), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) (16%), Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) (12%), Marshmallow root (Althea officinalis) (11%), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia)(4%), Ginger (Zingiber officinale) (2%), Long pepper (Piper longum) (1%)
Avoid if Pregnant or if you have hormone sensitive cancer.
Avoid if taking immunosuppressants, anticoagulants or warfarin, Diuretic or blood pressure medications.
